It is our goal to give you the tools and framework to enable you to maximize the effectiveness of your communication activities- whether they be sales, marketing, public relations, developmental, organizational or web based. We find that group and individual communication needs involve a combination of all of these elements, so we take a holistic approach to all of our projects.

Business Principles We believe that no idea is a bad idea. The best ideas sometimes need a little help to get them to where they need to be. In certain circumstances, some ideas have bad timing or bad logistics. If we believe this, we will let you know and we expect the same of our clients. We will not take on a task we cannot manage. We don't promote things that we don't believe in and we certainly don't do so if our clients don't believe in them either. We don't charge by the hour for any of our products except for direct media pitching. Nothing bothers us more than seeing well-intentioned organizations and individuals throw away money on ifs, maybes, delays and supposed cost overruns. If we say we are going to get you a plan and that it is going to cost X, we are going to get you a plan and it is going to cost X, period. No ridiculous expenses, ever. If we have a meeting, we probably won't offer to buy you dinner and then expense it to your account later. We probably won't send you cookies and you certainly won't see us flying first class. We keep our products affordable by acting responsibly with our budgets.
