Lincoln Bauer has been working in communication for the last decade. His experiences include public relations, general marketing, organizational development, planning, and business/organizational development. He specializes in cause marketing and has an advanced education in communication, entrepreneurial studies and social/economic/political relations.

Zoë Gordon specializes in interpersonal communication. She has worked in a variety of communication settings including direct to consumer marketing, youth advocacy and media production. She has received extensive graduate training in discourse ethics and conflict resolution. Her passion is in combining her extensive experience in communication practices with her theoretical background.
